The flowers will return - I hope.

My flower garden has wilted. The roses, the sunflowers - all droopy. However, when I think of the amount of snow I shoveled last winter, I will take this heatwave and water the garden twice a day. This too shall pass.

Drink extra water this weekend!

  18. Oh sweetie, I hear ya loud and clear! We pulled up from our annual go down to Brownsville Texas and fix up everything for mom 'Workcatin' and my whole acre of flower gardens were brown. Bit dead by the 27 degree weather we had while we were gone. Dang!!!

It was a sad, sad sight and a heck of a job to clean up!

God bless ya sweetie and may you have a most colorful day! :o)
