I don't need much convincing that a woman should take care of herself as much as possible. As a matter of fact, it has become a part of my mantra. I also believe taking care of oneself can mean alot of things to alot of people.
This week it was visits to Doctors, Dentist and then the creme de la creme - a facial and pedicure. Ah, just typing those words made me feel relaxed. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. I know I will sleep like a baby, and my body will be all the healthier for it.
