Simplicity...

Sometimes it only takes one flower, or a smile, a wink, or holding a door open, to make another human being feel good. It is that simple.

  1. I think simplicity is the key to happiness, boiling it down to what is truly important. A smile, some sun and a bit of laughter always make my day simpler.

  3. I couldn't agree more. My son wanted to sit and chat with me the other day. He's 16 years old so he has a hundred other things he could do. We had a nice chat and it made my day.

  4. I love doing small kindnesses -- like holding a door open for someone or just waving or smiling. You're right: simplicity rules.

  6. It is as simple as that. I like to give a friendly smile to an unnknown friend because I never know what kind of day that person is having. xoxo

  8. I am working pretty hard to incorporate more visual simplicity in my life. It takes time, though -- after all, the clutter of everyday living is ubiquitous.
