Summertime Fun and Flowers

I have not been blogging much this summer. Getaway vacations and the nearby pool have been happily taking up most of my time. I am grateful and happy about the way things are moving along.

I want to continue this summer fun. I will still read blogs, however, I think I will continue my summertime break, and not post on my blog, unless the muse on my shoulder insists. : )

I will see you 'round the bend. Enjoy the rest of the summer!

Lobster Anyone?

We arrived back smiling from a lovely family reunion in the area of South Dartmouth, MA. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a family picture.
It was great to see family we haven't seen in a long while - too long, I might add. The sun was hot, the water refreshing, the food delicious, and lots of smiles and laughter!

The only two photos we did manage to take was the mouthwatering lobster roll at the famous Bayside Restaurant. A cold ice tea, and a lobster roll so sweet, it doesn't even need melted butter - plain will do fine thank you. Yum.

Happy 4th of July!

We are leaving for vacation (Allen's sibling reunion) in South Dartmouth, MA. I am looking forward to fun and lots of laughter. It's the kind of neighborhood whereby everyone has a screen door, and flip flops are the shoes of choice. A very nice way to enjoy the summertime! See you upon my return.
